This request for Proposals (RFP) provides statewide funding for
the implementation of energy conservation measures by small municipalities
including energy efficiency improvements, renewable energy improvements,
efficient transportation system implementation, material conservation,
and energy management personnel.

NYSERDA has announced the availability of $24 million of Energy
Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Funds for RFP
10: Implementation Funding for Small Municipalities. Funds will
be awarded for eligible energy conservation projects. The stimulus
funds will be awarded on a competitive basis through one selection
round. Applications are due February 17, 2010.
