Village of Medina, Orleans County GIGP Award Amount: $1,708,111.00 Project Summary: Green Infrastructure projects include a rainwater harvesting system and installation of a green roof. Energy efficient improvements include: installation of energy efficient lighting, solar units which will help the compost facility to reach its goal of being a net zero energy facility, and biogas powered combined heat and power (CHP) unit which will reduce heating and cooling requirements. |
