The Petro facility allows parking for 400 semi-trucks and 200 passenger vehicles. The facility has a restaurant/mall building containing shower rooms, rest areas, and a shopping center for use of the traveling public and truck drivers. There is a diesel fueling area and a separate vehicle maintenance and truck wash center.
For this project, it was necessary to move approximately 400,000 yards of earth at the site. Public water and wastewater systems were required to be extended from the Village of Seneca Falls to provide those services.
