Larsen Engineers was retained by the Monroe County Department of Transportation to design the replacement bridge structure over the Northrup Creek.

The 11 meter bridge was originally constructed in 1928. (pictured above)

Larsen designed new sidewalks, curbed driveways and/or roadways for vehicles and delivery trucks, to separate vehicular and pedestrian traffic within the Red Jacket "Village."

The project included improvements for ADA access to the Red Jacket Dining Hall.

This project required rehabilitation of a five-block urban street intersecting with a state highway.

Work involved construction of a new sanitary sewer and storm sewer collection system, replacement of the water distribution network, replacement of curbs and sidewalks, as well as full reconstruction of the road cross section.
